Releasing soon!! ICS – The most awaited CV and JD indexing and matching tool.

Almost all the worldwide available ATS (Applicant Tracking system) and online Job portals providing candidate searching and matching capabilities around the concept of matching keywords are incapable of finding exact candidates matching the requirements.

The ICS will work with our Resume Parser and ATS or with any Online Job Portals/ Other ATS from any competitor /Jobs site/ERPS/HRMS etc. to provide advanced indexing, searching and matching capabilities between a source document and candidates . The source document can be a resume of a candidate, JD (Job description) or even free text.

ICS will help for following:

1. Finding out relevant machine candidate profiles by recruiters.

     a. Use resumes /CVs as source document to find our relevant machine candidate profiles: In some cases, a resume of an existing employee or of an “ideal candidate” in database may be a good source document to use for finding similar candidates. The ICS will use resumes/CVs from the database.

     b. Use job description as source document to find our relevant machine candidate profiles: Job description can be used as source documents for the ICS to find relevant CVs from the database.

 

2.  Finding out relevant machine jobs by candidates.

     a. Candidate shall use his/her resume /CV as source document to find our relevant machine Jobs

     b. Candidate shall use source document to find our relevant machine Jobs: Extended words/synonyms for skills, designation, location etc. shall help candidate to find relevant jobs to his/her profile.
